In order to achieve these high standards we spend a great deal of time and effort recruiting and then developing our consulting team. We are now at a stage where we are looking to expand our successful recruitment entity and add the skills of a highly ambitious and driven individual to our ranks. The following criteria are pre-requisites to any application:
•Excellent academic background up to an including degree level.
•12-24months+ experience in a business to business sales based environment.
•Extensive communication skills and working examples of influencing, persuading and building business relationships.
•A track record in showing a mature, credible and commercial approach to decision making.
•A high level of achievement / success in your career to date.
•An ability to communicate with all levels in a confident and professional manner.
•Drive, tenacity, enthusiasm and plenty of commercial acumen.
•The ability to learn from others, and work within ever changing parameters.
